All items are custom and, as such, cannot be returned. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. All embroidery will be on the left chest of the garment unless otherwise noted.
On-Line Orders
The on-line service is available 24 hours a day. Simply select the products that you want and follow the instructions on the screen. Our secure order server protects credit card orders. All of the data that you enter, including credit card information, is encrypted while traveling the Internet. It cannot be intercepted for fraudulent use. An automatic confirmation will be sent back to you shortly. If there are any issues regarding your order, Turn Key Concepts will contact you.
Payment Options
Citi customers have the following payment options: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Diner's Club, and personal check.
Shipping & Handling: 1 item - $6.95, 2 items - $8.95, 3 items - $11.95, 4 items - $13.95, 5 items - $15.95, 6 or more - we will contact you. The shipping & handling for 6 or more items will show up as "0.00" on the checkout page, but shipping & handling WILL BE CHARGED.
Delivery Time
Standard delivery time is approximately 15 days.
Back Orders and Cancellations
The Customer Service department will try to notify you of any backorder situations at the time of the order. If you've ordered more than one item, those in stock will ship.
Please Note: When ordering, you *must* use your exact billing address and shipping address, or you will not receive your order!
