On-Line Orders
The on-line service is available 24 hours a day. Simply select the products that you want and follow the instructions on the screen. Our secure order server protects credit card orders. All of the data that you enter, including credit card information, is encrypted while traveling the Internet. It cannot be intercepted for fraudulent use. An automatic confirmation will be sent back to you shortly. If there are any issues regarding your order, Turn Key Concepts will contact you.
Payment Options
LWC customers have the following payment options: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, personal check and/or vouchers. Voucher numbers and dollar amounts are entered in the shopping cart. When you place your order, the actual voucher must be sent to Marianne Butler, Public Information, 3rd Street where it will be verified for processing.
Delivery Time
Standard delivery time is approximately 15 days after close of store. Approximate date will be April 30, 2004. See Marianne Butler for your order.
Back Orders and Cancellations
The Customer Service department will try to notify you of any backorder situations at the time of the order. If you've ordered more than one item, those in stock will ship.
Water for People
Water For People helps those in developing countries improve their quality of life by supporting drinking water, sanitation and hygiene projects. They provide both financial and technical assistance to local community organizations and developing countries. Five Percent from each item ordered will support Water For People.
